Maureen Martinez is the owner of Dunning’s Market in Homewood, Il. She’s a chef, butcher, caterer and encyclopedia of food knowledge. Her mother, Antoinette, was from Italy and taught Maureen everything she knows about good food. She has three children, and 10 brothers and sisters.
Colleen Long is a journalist in New York who constantly calls her mom for food advice, and thought other people should benefit from it, too.
